The startup Sensgreen is on a mission to revolutionize Smart Buildings with User-Centric solutions.

While our initial focus had centered on air quality monitoring, we embraced an exciting challenge: integrating automation features into our platform. The team makeup for this specific project consisted of a product manager, two developers, and a data scientist with whom I worked closely within the agile framework to yield a sophisticated IoT platform that translated data into dynamic, actionable insights.

Using the data I collected from user research, we engaged in intensive ideation sessions to conceptualize automation scenarios. We brainstormed potential features, functionalities, and design solutions which led to sophisticated user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockup to test our solution hypothesis.

We had prioritized and sought to improve our ‘Set up a new device’ feature. The outcome was a 15% enhancement in form completion rate and a 10% decrease in user errors.
